What are we doing as Village Mentors:

Engaging African American people in our village who are not operating with a clear sense of their possibilities with respect to:

• The capabilities they already possess at the time of our interaction

• Job possibilities within their grasp that are not on their radar

We intend to provide support on the journey to their best future outcomes.
